The Agri Vision Program Management Unit (PMU) combines expertise in agricultural finance, development finance, legal structuring, ESG oversight, and digital credit risk management and digital solutions. Led by 89 Global together with EY Ukraine, the team brings together international experience and deep local knowledge to deliver scalable, transparent, and IFI-grade financing solutions for Ukraine’s agricultural sector.
Tetiana Tomash
Tetiana Tomash is the Program Director of Agri Vision and a specialist in agricultural finance, strategic partnerships, and program development. She leads the overall implementation and coordination of the Agri Vision initiative, working closely with international financial institutions, agroholdings, donors, and technology partners to expand access to finance for underserved farmers in Ukraine. Her work focuses on building scalable financing models that strengthen agricultural value chains, improve farmer formalization, and support long-term rural economic development.
Program Director
Kristjan Guri is the Head of Policy at 89 Global and Strategic Coordinator for the Agri Vision Program. He specializes in public policy, institutional coordination, and strategic program development across emerging markets. Within Agri Vision, he oversees internal operations, policy frameworks, and cross-partner coordination, helping align the program with international financial institution standards and long-term agricultural development objectives in Ukraine.

He brings extensive experience in structuring blended finance platforms, mobilizing institutional capital, and supporting financial inclusion initiatives. At Agri Vision, he provides strategic guidance on sustainable agricultural finance, investor engagement, and the development of scalable financing models aligned with ESG and impact investment principles.
Kristjan S. Guri
Michael Cottakis is the CEO of 89 Global and Special Advisor to the Agri Vision Program. He has extensive experience in international development, public policy, and strategic engagement with governments, international financial institutions, and donors across emerging markets. At Agri Vision, he provides strategic leadership on program development, institutional partnerships, and donor engagement, supporting the program’s mission to expand agricultural finance and strengthen rural economic resilience in Ukraine.

Michael Weinstein is a Senior Advisor to Agri Vision and former Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he spent decades leading investments and development finance initiatives across emerging markets. He has extensive expertise in SME finance, agribusiness investment, private sector development, and financial institution partnerships. At Agri Vision, he provides strategic guidance on program structure, donor engagement, and scaling agricultural finance solutions aligned with international financial institution standards.
