Agri Vision is a value chain finance program that expands access to capital for small and medium-sized farmers in Ukraine. We connect international finance with local agricultural networks, enabling farmers to access the funding they need to grow, invest, and operate more sustainably.
The program works through trusted agroholdings, which channel financing directly to farmers in the form of trade credit and pre-harvest advances. This approach reduces risk, improves efficiency, and reaches farmers who are often excluded from traditional banking systems.
At the same time, Agri Vision strengthens the foundations of the agricultural sector. Through digital tools, training, and ESG-aligned practices, it supports farmers in becoming more formal, transparent, and resilient businesses.

The methodology
Agri Vision delivers a structured model linking capital, agroholdings, and farmers through scalable financing mechanisms. Funding flows via agroholdings, supported by digital platforms that ensure efficient, transparent credit delivery.
Farmers receive tailored finance alongside tools and training to strengthen formalization and resilience. A program management unit (PMU) coordinates all components, ensuring consistency, oversight, and scalable implementation across the program.
