Building the future of SME agriculture in Ukraine.

03 Capital recycling

02 Credit recovery

Acquire and restructure eligible agricultural SME debt in times of distress, where viable underlying businesses can return to sustainable repayment.

04 Risk management

Use portfolio diversification, disciplined credit selection, active management and appropriate risk-sharing structures to manage exposure and protect investor capital.

Why agricultural credit

Ukraine’s agricultural SMEs require substantial working capital and investment finance, yet remain difficult for institutional capital to access directly.

Wartime disruption has also left viable businesses carrying legacy debt that can restrict their ability to borrow and invest. Addressing this constraint while financing new credit creates an opportunity to support recovery and build a stronger agricultural credit market.

The Agri Vision Fund is designed to connect these financing needs with long-term institutional investment.

Ukraine’s agricultural SMEs remain underserved by finance, while institutional investors have limited access to the sector.

The Agri Vision Fund is designed to bridge this gap.

Building an institutional market for agricultural SME credit

The Agri Vision Fund is designed to demonstrate that agricultural SME credit can become a scalable institutional investment opportunity — mobilising private capital for Ukraine’s recovery while expanding access to finance for its farmers.
